Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: March 19, 2026
1. Digital Products & Software
All sales of digital products—including but not limited to Emojikón, Type World, Form & Flow, and any downloadable software or "pro" features—are final.

No Refunds: Once a digital product is accessed, downloaded, or licensed to your account, no refunds will be issued.

"As-Is" Basis: Software is provided "as-is." Technical difficulties or "change of mind" do not qualify for a refund.
2. Digital Assets & Cryptocurrency ($HEAL)
Transactions involving the $HEAL token or other digital assets are executed on a public blockchain.

Non-Reversible: Due to the nature of blockchain technology, transactions are immutable. thatchart.com cannot "reverse" or refund any crypto transactions.

Market Volatility: No refunds will be granted based on the fluctuation of token value. All purchases and trades are made at the user's sole risk.
3. Physical Goods (Splash Clothing & Merchandise)
For physical items, we maintain a strict policy to minimize overhead and protect revenue:

14-Day Window: Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear will be rejected.

Store Credit Only: To keep capital within the Splash ecosystem, we do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued Store Credit only.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Services & Subscriptions
If any part of the Site (e.g., FixUp or Splash Financial) moves to a subscription model:

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused accounts.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Shipping & Handling
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return for store credit, the cost of shipping is deducted from the final credit amount.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our "No Cash Refund" policy is for items that arrive damaged or are proven to be defective. You must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
